“When I ordered the lamps I payed for next day delivery but they were delivered to a different address 4 days later. I received an email saying delivery was later but I was charged for next delivery and was not expecting them to be delivered to a different address as well where I had to go and collect them.”

“Unfortunately the lamp did not work and blue the fuse of my home fuse box. I emailed the company and told them of the problem and that I really liked the lamp. The replied by return that they would send a replacement and when I was ready they would arrange for the return parcel (Lamp) to be collected by the courier DPD who in turn are very reliable. The lamp arrived as promised the next day and works. The assembly takes about 45mins the only tricky part is putting the bulb into the smaller lamp as the glass cover has to be moved by sliding out of its casing. In both lamps I found it very difficult and could only loosen one screw but apart from that it is relatively easy especially with an extra pair of hands.”

“Service was brilliant. There was an issue with the light which could not be resolved. Trish, the customer service representative, was absolutely brilliant. She checked stock and as the issue appeared to be across the stock, refunded the cost. Trish went out of her way to resolve the issue and was very prompt and efficient in dealing with the issue and coming back to me with a solution.”
