“When the lights arrived the boxes were damaged and open and the delivery person asked me to inspect them before accepting them. Fortunately the lights were undamaged.”

“Terrible. My lights were originally marketed as 'next day' delivery but after chasing lighting direct,4 times they arrived nearly 2 months later. An awful customer experience. Don't use!”

“I was very pleased with the service regarding the main item i ordered but the lightbulb that was recommended to use with the light was the wrong size and was a bit of a nuisance to find, i emailed them just to point this out but haven't heard back, probably an oversight and not that bigger deal”
