“I have not received the items I purchased.I can't find a contact number for DPD.On the tracking information it tells me it was delivered on Friday 1st Dec. signed for by somebody called Upton who I've never heard of,it then says the parcel has gone back to the Hinckley depot.All this is after DPD texting me every day from the 29th November to tell me that the parcel would be delivered that day! I haven't heard from DPD since Friday or yourselves although I left a message on your customer care line.Please,please please resolve this issue for me as soon as possible. Ian Sudbury”

Sincere apologies again Ian and thanks for taking the time to talk to me. As we discussed your delivery is now imminent andyour instructions have been passed on to DPD. I completely understand your frustration at the delay - unfortunately Black Friday and Cyber Monday caused challenges for many carriers due to the sheer volume of consignments in the system. Your order left our warehouse on time as planned however actually getting it to you did not go as you or we expected. “No problems with order or delivery... Gave 4 starts instead of 5 due to the amount of packaging for such a small thing! There are smaller bubble pouches available that will still protect and smaller boxes to put items in. if anything, smaller box means less movement in box and less likely to break anyway.”

“Poor service. Had to phone three times as order didn't arrive. Told they had pc issues and then told they didn't have the light bulb and there would be a few weeks wait. Cancelled the light bulb and got order 5 days late. Then the buld arrived the next day and was charged when they told me it was cancelled and refunded.”
