“After being told that the lights that I ordered were double insulated turned out NOT to be . The electrician was the one who told me when he came . Very angry . Also they was suppose to give me a certain % off with my order with the code given but I was charged full price . Waiting for a refund . Very very disappointed .”

“Item itself was fine, but there was a length of cable supplied as part of the purchase and I thought that I had to buy one. I did so and now have an extra length of cable that I did not need. Staff were very friendly and helpful”
