“Web site was a bit confusing as it stated that it was "next day delivery" which turned out to be wrong. When product arrived it was faulty but Customer Service was excellent and sent a replacement immediately. This works perfectly.”

“After the order was placed, the item was undelivered after 5 days. I rang Customer Services and they admitted a problem with their delivery agents. However they promised delivery the next day and this was fulfilled. Good Product - although the fitting instructions within the box were for a different product. However I managed to fit without instructions.”

“The lights were poorly packaged, the box was burst but fortunately the bulbs were ok. The delivery date was a little later than estimated and its always disappointing not to get the postage free as in other parts of the UK. Otherwise the bulbs seem fine.”

“I was trying to add light bulbs for my new front door lamp order, but I couldn't. The click and add link wouldn't work. So I contacted Lighting Direct and left my contact details...2 days later I received a return email asking to ring them, I did but no-one picked up so I left my details (again!) after being prompted by the answerphone...no one has called. I received my lamp, with no bulbs so now I will go elsewhere for bulbs. The lamp, is gorgeous, shame about the customer service.”

“ORDER BEFORE 8PM FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY! But that's not free as you find out at the check out stage, I do think spending £160 warrants free delivery!”
