“Excellent service,good range of products. Trouble free. The wife is thinking we should've gone for the wall lights with the square shades and the reading arm underneath. “Product was fine but delivery appalling. I paid for next day delivery; it arrived three days later after two failed delivery's. First was due to the full delivery address not being passed by Luco to the delivery company. On my request they refunded the delivery fee, but it all caused more stress than was needed.”

As our Technical Manager has advised we are liaising with our supplier with regard to the problems you experienced. We very much appreciate the assistance you have given us in providing information on what occurred. These fittings have always been suitable for both LED and Halogen bulbs making this outcome very surprising and out of the ordinary. As you would expect we are giving the matter the highest priority and are looking into every possible cause. We will be collecting the fittings and the bulbs you used and submitting them for investigation at the earliest possible opportunity. I will contact you directly with an update as soon as one available.

“original puchase of a Lucide Isla pendant light shade , on same page was a bulb that did not fit full size screw needed a small screw . I ordered 10 more shades and 10 12052 4w led filament golf ses . asked that you correct the first bulb error. You sent me a 30w E27 full size screw bulb. please help me . I have no time to waste on this type of issue . please send a 12052 4w bulb to match the 10 I have bought. PS I paid for next day , you didn't have the stock so you did not send next day. I have personally used lyco lighting in my garden at home , something is going wrong in your warehouse”
