“The light is just what I wanted ,very good. The only issue was the delivery ( it was the week before Christmas though ) we were given the wrong delivery day by email and were out on the day the light was delivered it was early ! but I won't complain about that .The courier was DPD they are the BEST BY MILES. So the only issue was comunication about delivery. Would I use Lighting Direct again ? YES I would.”

“Good service, great lights. I brought the Techmar range, which are not cheap so tried finding a deal online. Lighting direct offer 10% off you 1st order if you sign up to the news letter. I did this only to find out that Techmar isn't included in the offer. I think this should be clear before you sign-up. Only get to see the small print when you receive the 1st newsletter email :0(”

“Excellent service, but feel the description of products on the site could be a little better. I had to send one order back because the lights were of such poor quality that I felt too embarrassed to ask my electrician to fit them. Yet my second choice was brilliant.”

“Item arrives in good time but no fixing kit or installation guide. After a telephone call the fixing kit arrived the next day but no installation guide. Found one on line and printed it. Light is very good quality.”
