“What is the point of arranging delivery to a neighbor in the event of my absence which was not done. Further, despite being told that a "sorry we missed you" note with its number had been delivered, no such note was found. I was surprised at how far LED lamps protruded from their holders. Not clear from the sales photo on the web site that this would be the case.”

“Did not have them in stock and gave me a date but after the date was passed had to e-mail to find out what was happening. The response was immediate and gave me the delivery details I required.”

“I have no problems with the ordering of the products or the quality which is very good,however delivery is another matter please can the courier in this case Fed Ex give a more accurate time of delivery even a Am or Pm would be better than like me waiting at home from 8 am till the package was delivered at 4.50 pm 10 minutes before the cut of time of 5 pm.Other couriers ring you when they are 30 minutes away from your home which gives you the opportunity to go about your daily business.This if it continues would leave me no option but to shop elswhere where delivery is a little more organised.”
