Pretty good I would say. I ordered from here because they had the best offer on a light fitting I wanted. Ordering process was easy without complications. Delivery was a day late but I am putting it down to the Christmas rush. Overall very good and yes i would use again if the price was right.

The service was very good, just a shame when I got the lights the bulbs they were broken and I had to go down town to get 2 more, the sales guy did change them but it was really hard to get 1 extra out of him. I still think I should have got a little bit more for the time and petrol it cost me to go down town.

It would have been excellent except for Fedex who delivered the parcel at a neighbour's but failed to leave a card so we received it 2 days later than promised.

Delighted you are so pleased with your fititngs. I can understand your disappointment with regard to receiving your consignment two days late and for this I apologise. Many thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. We do ask our customers to check their purchases within three days of receipt and inform us immediately in the rare event there is a problem. I was disappointed with the delivery company that stated a date and time which they did not comply with, and said that they said I was out and would deliver next day, which they did. However, it was the same driver, so I asked her if she tried to deliver my parcel and she said "no". So I am not impressed with DPD for being dishonest, hiding the short comings of their own company..

I had to get intouch with the Company as my purchased didn't arrive in the suggested time frame, but had a quick response . The light arrived quickly after contact.
