“I ordered smart lightbulbs from them I found it very easy very quick and customer service kept me up-to-date with my order I had one faulty bulb that did not work when I first plugged it in I rang them customer service sent me a new one out straight away got it the next day would use them again very very happy with them”

“Goods were delivered on time,very carefully packed and arrived in excellent conditioned.All 6 of the lamp shades were individually boxed and secured to the main box to prevent movement.Would be happy to order from them again in the fufuture.”

“We purchased two globe lights for outside. When they arrived the external packaging was fine but inside one oft he boxes was badly damaged and the light was broken. It must have been placed in the box in a damaged state. When we contacted customer services they very quickly got a replacement dispatched. That also had some slight damage but the contents were intact. It seems to be that they goods are not checked properly before being dispatched.”
