“I ordered 2 outside wall lights . They were delivered promptly. The delivery company emailed me and because I wasn't going to be in I had them delivered to one of my local shops. Unfortunately some glass on one light was broken. I phoned lighting direct , the phone was answered promptly and when I explained the situation they arranged for a replacement to be sent out that day and delivered the following day. I would definitely recommend this company - the lights are beautiful too and excellent quality.”

“I will not be installing the three lights I received until my kitchen is finished but I have to say I was delighted with the service I received.i was given a time for delivery and it was spot on fab service I would recommend lighting direct to all my friends”

“Unfortunately, the strip light which I bought had the wrong shape connecting plug so did not fit my existing system. Customer service sent a returns label but I decided to keep the lamp and simply plug into a 13a socket. I then managed to buy a suitable replacement from B&Q!”
