“I am still waiting for a response to my email to customer service after 4 days Item was damaged No communication”

“Lighting Direct have given excellent service for two orders I have made - would not hesitate to use them again. The only complaint would be that when I ordered a bulb to go with the light fitting - as recommended by the company - this was sent as a separate delivery from the fitting. This is a waste of resources - it could so easily have been included in the larger parcel.”

“Initially informed that 1 item was delayed only to receive notification few days later the item had been shipped yet received nothing from the courier until a day or so later. Became a little confusing and therefore had to 2 visits to collect items instead of 1”

“Found the light I needed by the serial number printed on my current light, needed them asap, ordered for next day delivery, they arrived via DPD and are now working perfectly, couldn't ask for better service really! The prices were great as well! Will be using this website again!”

“A great picture light and the remote control makes it easy to manage in a very inaccessible place. The delivery time was the best as it arrived right in the middle of my handyman's visit and he fixed it in no time. The time from ordering to being operational above my picture was 16 hours. Perfect!”
