“easy to order and delivery was good”

“Placed order on 21/12/18 and stated in stock . I paid extra for delivery before Xmas . Goods did not arrive before Xmas . No explanation given . Actually forgot about the item but remembered and when I contacted informed awaiting for it to be in stock again. Eventually got it in February . Very disappointed”

“Item was initially unavailable when ordered but I was given an immediate expected date of delivery which was fine as the item was not an urgent purchase. The delivery arrived earlier than this date and clear info regarding delivery date and time was supplied”

“I ordered lights in November 2018. I did not receive it until 2 months later at the end of January 2019. The company?s customer service levels were nil, and they advertised the light would be delivered ?within 3 days of the order? however they kept changing the delivery date and at one point they advised ?we can?t give you a date of delivery?. Finally when the lights arrived they had no bulbs. I was made to order the bulbs and pay another delivery charge. I thought there would have been some goodwill due to the fact I was messed about for two months on an order. Never received an apology, minimal communication and bad attitudes. Horrendous experience, probably the worst transaction I have ever experienced.”
