“I initially ordered 3 fisherman pendant lights and 2 iDual ceiling lights. I had to amend the order to one large fisherman pendant and customer service was great. However, when the lights arrived, 2 out of 3 were faulty (bent or cracked) They arranged collection for the next day and I'm now awaiting a refund..”

“I received in good time 2 solar wall lights. Upon arrival, they both had a rattling sound from inside. I put them outside for a few hours to charge. After then one did not work. I contacted Customer Service. The lady said they perhaps need a couple of days to charge but if that did not work phone again. One worked fine but the other did not. I phoned on Wednesday and she said she would send 2 new ones that day and they would arrive on Thursday. They duly did and both now work fine”
