“Great. My bank declined the payment for some reason, but I managed to get straight through to customer service to discuss and reconfirmed payment. They then arranged for next day delivery (rather than standard 5 day) at no extra cost. Very kind gesture. Product was good quality and packaged safely.”

“Delivery was 1st class, hour slot given by The courier. When l opened the box an unpainted light was looking at me, was supposed to be black but it was silver with black slithers running through it. Bought some black external metal paint and did the job myself.”

“I ordered an outdoor lamp and lightbulb in the same purchase and they were delivered in separate boxes by the same courier. It seemed like a significant waste of packaging to do this and not send them together. The box the lightbulb arrived in was big enough for 20 bulbs!”
