“My first outdoor porch light failed to arrive on the allocated day, so I rang LD Customer Services to ask why. Apparently it was on back order and wouldn't be available for another 2 months! This wasn't made apparent at the time of ordering, nor was I notified prior to it's non delivery. So I ordered a different one, which wasn't quite as nice, but was in stock. It's OK, not brilliant, but it'll do. Close, but no cigar.”

“Excellent service all round, easy to find item on website, a full description of item was given and very easy to understand. Ordering was straightforward and confirmation of order was supplied by email. Delivery was exactly as stated and full information was given as to where the parcel was and when it would be delivered.”

“Very happy with my shopping experience. They stocked a light that I was having trouble finding elsewhere, so I took the risk of ordering. Easy to make the order, and the well packed parcel arrived a few days later. The delivery company even emailed with a hour slot of when to expect it. I've since order a few more lamps and everything went just as smoothly.”
