“This was a really easy website to use. Any questions I had concerning specifications and size were dealt with promptly and efficiently. I await delivery - there seems to have been a small delay beyond what I expected but the customer service lady has it in hand”

“I went online to choose some lighting for a landscaping job I'm doing. After trawling through so many pages I plumped for eight single lights and purchased them. When they arrived I knew they weren't the ones I had chosen. They were solar lights, I had not wanted solar lights and definitely would not have chosen them. I'd booked an electrician who had put outside junction boxes, and linked them into the house supply. I went back to their website to look for my recent purchase but couldn't find the original order or the product I am convinced I had paid for. It could just be that I balled the order up, which wouldn't surprise me as I'm a bit rubbish on this here internet thing but on the whole this experience has given me a lot of grief I could have done without.”

Having personally spoken to you on several occasions after you had received your purchases, in addition to the conversations you had with our Technical Manager, it was established you had received the goods you ordered. You were sent eight fittings as per the order confirmation that was emailed to you on completion of your on-line transaction. Unfortunately you appear to have chosen incorrectly to suit your customer's requirements. We stock a broad range of garden lighting and would always suggest customers contact our Technical Department for advice and assistance if they are any way unsure prior to buying in order to avoid disappointment such as you experienced. Our Technical Team can be contacted via phone, email or web message and are more than happy to assist with any questions or queries regarding the suitability of products for the particular application they are required for. I am sorry that your shopping experience was not a positive one, and understand your frustration at delays incurred due to the wrong products being ordered, however feel that we offered all the assistance possible both in terms of after sales customer care and technical assistance.

“Price was fair and delivery was quick. However, the item description stated 18w and I was sent 20w. Sent email, but no response received. I decided to accept them as they were ordered for a specific event and there was no time for swapping them out.”

“After ordering the above item, I did not receive confirmation of payment, so I e-mailed customer services and they replied promptly apologising for the not doing so. When the spotlight arrived and we installed it we were very pleased with it.”
