“I would like to update my previous review on which I gave 3 Stars and this was due to one of the items on my order (4 garden solar lights) having a slight bit of damage - however I had decided to keep the item as it was just a dent on one side. But huge credit to Catherine and Lighting Direct, she called me to apologise and says they were sending me a replacement box as a goodwill gesture. Really lovely of them and I even said it was fine and they didn’t need to do so, but she insisted. What exemplary customer service which we rarely find these days. Thank you so much Catherine and Lighting Direct, I really appreciate you going the extra mile to ensure your customers are happy. Kind regards”

“The product I ordered is perfect for what I want. They advised only one was in stock and the others will follow - I did have to chase up the one but literally got it the next day - I am awaiting the rest of the order so I can re-cycle my outside lanterns !”
