“Supplied LED light within time frame but I thought the packing was over the top, big box, lots of air filled sacks and a small box containing the light.”

“My delivery arrived really quickly however one of the items was damaged so I phoned up next morning. I was told that a replacement would be with me the following day and it was. Would definitely use this company again. Well done Lighting Direct”

“Excellent customer service. There was initially a problem with my card payment when buying online (my bank had blocked the purchase), I was sent an email informing me and asked to contact them to make payment. I could not fault the customer service and I received my items the next day. Love the product. Will definitely be a returning customer.”
