“As always Lighting Direct are very easy to deal with. Selecting and ordering the bulbs you want is easy and a very efficient process. On this occasion however it was the delivery that fell short ...a late delivery due to the carrier, not really LD's fault”

“I was disappointed with the delivery company that stated a date and time which they did not comply with, and said that they said I was out and would deliver next day, which they did. However, it was the same driver, so I asked her if she tried to deliver my parcel and she said "no". So I am not impressed with DPD for being dishonest, hiding the short comings of their own company..”
