“Very good customer service but they should make it clear in their advert that if they can't supply all 10 ofthe Forster bulbs when ordered (they were ordered in December for Xmas ) two bulbs did not arrive until the 14 January spoils the effect.”

“I was told that the light unit I purchased came with the ceiling hook required to fit it but it did not. When I called the supplier they said they do not sell the hooks and if I'm not happy, I could return the light! It would have been simple and more constructive to source the hook and send it to me rather than inconvenience me a second time by saying it was included when it wasn't and then on top of that offering me more inconvenience by suggesting the light be refunded.”
