“Fitting was not as easy as expected, took a while to figure out how to get into junction box without damaging it, only to find that the cable entry had to be directly behind the wall mounted fitting, not a good start. Have been using it for about a week now and it only seems to work when it feels like. One evening the PIR will trigger the light once and then I have to reset it before it will trigger again, another night it will trigger 4 or 5 times before I have to reset it. As soon as I get the time to remove I will be sending it back.”

“I am still waiting for my light which brought on the 22nd January. I have had no confirmation to even say it has been dispatched yet but on a email from your self I should be with me on the 23rd January. I would like to know where it is please as I have not got or sign for it.”

Thank you for getting in touch. Your order was indeed due for delivery on Tuesday 24th January. FedEx attempted delivery on the 24th at 13:45 however there was no one available to provide a signature. As per the details on our website, unless alternative delivery arrangements are made at the time of the order FedEx must get a signature or unfortunately take the goods back to their depot. I will contact them directly and get this matter resolved for you. For future reference if you were to have contacted us by either phone, email or web message immediately the due date was not met we could have resolved the matter without this long delay. “Bit disappointed on the box it shows Finn's room but no apostrophe included so if I wanted to put a message on for example Pete's birthday I couldn't do this I hope you will take this into consideration many thanks”

“The product was very satisfactory but the bulbs were missing from the shipment. However, a phone call resulted in them being put in the post immediately. This is our second purchase from the company and would definitely use them again. Also, delivery was very prompt on both occasions.”

“The service was excellent. But unfortunately both sets of outdoor battery lightis are all ready faulty. One set was much dimmer than the other set and the set that worked well initially only lasted one evening. The next night they didn't come on and haven't worked since. Both had brand new batteries. Please can you advise me of a way I can return my goods or get a replacement please. I can't find any emails relating to my purchase so do not know what the returns policy is. Thank you”
