“Very bad. items paid on line for next day delivery. The items came but were not the items ordered. After contacting customer services they assured me they would resend the correct items next day and after putting the phone down i receive an email to say they were out of stock and they will be 25 days later.”

Please accept our sincere apologies. We work very hard to provide excellent customer service but in your case I accept this was not the case. Your Tronco Wall Lights unfortunately went missing in transit and we did not have stock to replace them immediately, contrary to what you were advised at the time. We made a mistake for which we are very sorry. We are endeavouring to get these items to you just as quickly as we possibly can. Alternatively we can offer a full refund if you do not wish to wait. “Light didn't arrive by the date I was given so I had to ring the company up to chase the order. I was then told that there were none in stock, all 3 they had were broken, so they would have to wait for new stock but they had not bothered to tell us. I was then given a new date for delivery and the light was delivered by that date. It has been fitted and looks good, so far pleased with it.”
