“easy to use site . good price delivery delayed because required signature. this was not clear on site and when package arrived one end was soaking wet and cardboard disintegrating fortunately had not penetrated product which was relatively easy to install and gibes effective light.”

“Lighting Direct have given excellent service for two orders I have made - would not hesitate to use them again. The only complaint would be that when I ordered a bulb to go with the light fitting - as recommended by the company - this was sent as a separate delivery from the fitting. This is a waste of resources - it could so easily have been included in the larger parcel.”

“Had an issue with one of the supplied lamps. Emailed customer service and was rung back the same day. A new part was sent out which rectified the issue, it?s great to have personal customer service. Well done guys.”

“Easy to order, delivered promptly and packaged efficiently. Only not given 5 stars, as there is a small scratch on the top of one light, but as they are outside lights and it is on the top so won?t be seen, I have not returned it.”

“Prompt delivery, however paid for next day delivery which was stated clearly on the website but product came 2 days after ordering. It was still quick but quite misleading. Much prefer ordering through suppliers Kirk yourself rather thab Amazon scumbags”
