“They arrived packaged well. The only criticism is that we were given a date but they did not arrive that day and we had to ring up to find out what had happened. I think an email should have been sent”

“The service I received from this company was excellent - ordered in the evening & goods arrived next morning. BUT the packaging was VERY poor for fragile goods. This happened on a previous delivery so it was not a one off. They really need to look at the despatch dept”

“I ordered 3 lights. One Arrived very promptly. I was told at the time of ordering that there would be a delay with the other two. They were due on 2nd Sept but did not arrive until 5th Sept. This didn't cause a problem but might have done if the electrician had been coming that day. It would have been useful to know that there was a further delay and I wouldn't have had to wait around for a delivery on 2nd Sept.”

“Goods arrived in good condition and were as described. Would have given 5 stars except that I paid for next day delivery and goods arrived some hours after the stated time. Fortunately not a problem as the electrician was still on site. I appreciate this may have been an issue with the delivery people rather than Lighting Direct.”
