“Lighting Direct service was fast and efficient. Good information The only thing which could have been better was the delivery by FedEx as they do not give an estimated time of delivery in their tracking (not even am/pm). Also their info does not make it clear that Saturday is not a working day (ie they said on Friday that delivery would be on next working day, but this meant Monday)”

“Easy online purchase of products that were very accurately described and proved to be as good as advertised. When the parcel couriers delayed the delivery, Lighting-Direct customer care was excellent and ensured that the products were delivered despite the carrier chaos. I would have no hesitation in recommending LD and will be using them again the near future.”
