“Cons 1. Unfortunately the glass of the Oval light was broken in transit, it was not very well packed in my opinion considering it was a fragile item. Pros 1.The light & bulb were delivered ahead of projected delivery time I was very pleased with this. 2. When I spoke to customer service they agreed a refund without hesitation which was returned to my account sooner than expected. 3. I wouldn't have any qualms about ordering lights again from Lighting -direct's service again. 4. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.”

“I was kept up to date with emails to let me know of the progress of my order and then when there was a slight problem again they let me know, i was able to ring them sort it out and my order was processed and came exactly when they said it would.”

“Fast and speedy - the delivery day was delayed by one day for no reason but still pretty quick delivery. Good lights but certainly not entirely accurate representation from photos. Slightly cheapish finish.”
