“I purchased a Sylvania Fluorescent 29" T8 Tube which is scarce and starter which was very reasonably priced. After much searching I was expecting to replace the entire fitting but fortunately found this company. They have a large selection and online purchase was easy. Great communication from time of purchase to delivery. I had a query after receiving my parcel and customer service were very prompt in replying, unusual these days. A reliable online company, I will in future be purchasing all my lighting needs from them.”

“LightBulbs Direct were recommended by a friend who used to run a lighting company, so I was expecting good things. The website is easy to use, with a good filter system to identify the right products. I was able to find everything I needed, and I had a choice of buying single lightbulbs, or multiples of five or ten. I can't comment in detail about price because I didn't shop around on this occasion, but I was happy with what I paid. Delivery was prompt and the items were well packed. Happy customer.”

“Efficient service, great prices. The coloured bulbs I ordered were despatched perfectly on time and were very well packed and exactly as described. Unfortunately despite the, in my opinion suitable packing, two of the bulbs that arrived were not working. I called LightBulbs Direct and immediately, no questions asked, 2 replacements were despatched that arrived next day fully working. Very pleased with the service and product.”

“Good selection of light bulbs at good prices. I have used them before as I try to avoid Amazon. Only complaint is that they use Royal Mail for delivery. That cost them my fifth star. I wasted my time changing the delivery day in the RM app - but at least the postman took special effort to put the parcel in a safe space when I was out.”
