“I thought I ordered flared candle bulbs (as this is what I was looking for), but received ordinary candle bulbs. When I returned to the web site I could not find flared candle bulbs. Therefore, I am unclear as to what happened. The bulbs I received are fine and I will keep and use them. I feel there is no point returning them as I cannot swap them for flared candle bulbs as they are not on their website…a mystery!”
