“The service from this company was excellent but unfortunately the light bulbs I bought did not work well with my new lamp. I will probably reorder a different bulb from this company as I could not find a suitable bulb locally and they offer a wider range of light bulbs than others I have looked at. Update Following my review the company contacted me immediately and offered a refund and help in sourcing a compatible bulb for my lamp. I have not received such excellent customer service in a long time. I have now reordered and have increased my star rating to 5. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.”

“Brilliant service. Ordered parts and received them 3 days later. I ordered the starter fuse and the strip light as I found out that I didn't just have a faulty starter fuse under my cupboards but also needed the strip light. Both work amazingly now thank you. Will definitely order from you again if any of my other strip lights fail.”
