“All the 11 bulbs we ordered arrived in time, but one was broken - probably in transit. I rang up the company and they immediately sent out - by express delivery - a replacement bulb. They took my word for what happened and sorted it out with the minimum of fuss. First class customer service.”

“I contacted LightBulbs Direct initially to ask advice on the correct fluorescent tubes to order, they came back quickly with a reply. I put in my order and the correct bulbs and starters were delivered quickly and well packaged. Everything was fitted and working soon after. Great service.”

“Excellent service, had trouble sourcing lamps for an oven, even the manufacturer had sent the incorrect replacement twice, sent a picture to the Lightbulbs Direct ltd customer service team who advised me on the correct item, arrived within 3 days of ordering and was the correct product. Would definitely use again”

“I was struggling to find a bright, cool white, dimmable LED bulb so was delighted to discover that Light bulbs Direct could supply one. I really appreciated the bulb finder facility on the website, it was so useful. The order was dispatched quickly and by the trackable Royal Mail service. I was also impressed that the packaging, although secure was recyclable and contained no plastic at all. I intend to make this company my first stop next time we need any bulbs. We'll done!”

“LED bulbs delivered on time. LED dimmer switch works as expected, slight delay to lamps lighting when switched on which is not uncommon for LED lamps wired via a dimmer switch.”
