“Pricing and range are good. Given 5 stars because they dealt with some issues very well - I accidentally ordered the wrong bulbs, and they happily replaced them (even thought they don't have to). Nice to deal with on the phone. Highly recommended”

“I couldn't find the bulbs I needed in local stores. Google led me to LightBulbs Direct Ltd who had exactly what I wanted and post free for the quantity I required. My order arrived within a couple of days and was very stoutly packaged. I will certainly use this company again.”

“First order placed recently ..., great value given a free shipping weekend ... But one led goofball bulb failed within a couple of months. No quibble, no hassle, just a new one in the mail the very next day. Well done!”

“Ordered a selection of bulbs and they all seem well priced. Very easy to order online and despatch updates were really useful. Bulbs arrived within a couple of working days as promised. However, upon receipt two of the bulbs were broken; the protective padding within the parcel only covered the bulbs on one side. I'd suggest this needs improving. I contacted the office by telephone and they apologised and agreed to sent out free replacements. These arrived within a couple of working days in much better packaging and both worked fine. So all in all, a well handled issue. I'd definitely use again.”

“Out of 3 LED bulbs 1 was far more yellow than the other two and one produced a constant shimmer. I am told a replacement has been sent and been asked to send back the shimmering bulb. However, I really have better things to do than pack and post the faulty bulb. I'll do it because I said I would but much better if they just got the quality right to start with”

“Very fast and efficient service, offered free delivery on a promotion and this was accepted against my order for two oven bulbs. Some sites send you codes for x% off and when you cone to use the code it has so many restrictions it is unusable. Use with confidence I will use again.”

“I have used Lightbulbs Direct on a number of occasions and find that their service is quick and reliable, their stock covers all my needs around the house, the quality of their products is excellent, etc.,etc. I tend to order several different bulbs at the same time to save on postage costs and find that the ability to set up a list of my bulbs on the website makes it a very easy process to see what is needed without having to remove and check bulbs that are still working okay!”
