“My first experience with LightBulbs Direct was excellent in all respects. The items arrived securely packed and when stated. They did not have all items in stock and so they sent them in two packets, although to do this it must have cost them more in postage. They sent an email to say when the second packet would be sent, and this was on time. I will certainly use them again.”

“Bought a single bulb which after 3 month stop working ( filament had broken ) phoned company and they sent a free replacement straight away , which I thought was very good of them , great service through out , I would recommend this company AAA+++ , Steve swift......”

“Finding light bulbs for old fittings is quite difficult nowadays, but LightBulbs Direct had exactly what we needed, at a great price and delivered within a day or two. They also emailed to let us know that one type would be a little late. Excellent!”

“Our order arrived packaged well and in the time limit agreed. The bulbs we purchased were not available locally, it would mean that we saved a whole bunch of time had we ordered sooner rather than wandering aimlessly around the local shops”

“Sending light bulbs by carrier - asking for trouble! My bulbs were packed really carefully but somehow, this time, two out of five got broken by the carrier. I phoned Lightbulbs Direct and they immediately sent off replacements. In the past, I've had no problems and shall continue to use this firm.”
