“I regularly but lightbulbs from Lightbulbs Direct (I have a big house with lots of strange light fittings). They always deliver on time, with a range of bulbs that just aren't available even at supermarkets. Last week they made their first mistake - sending me the wrong bulbs - but I just pinged an email and without fuss they immediately sent the right bulbs and said I could keep the ones they mistakenly delivered. Top marks for customer service (and I rarely say that!) Anthony, London”

“I ordered ten Crompton 28 watt G9 bulbs and ten Crompton 33 watt G9 bulbs. They arrived within the timeframe expected and were well packaged. I have found these bulbs to be of good quality.”

“The website/stock is comprehensive and there's plenty of information about potential lighting issues/choices. The pricing is good, checkout is straightforward and every time I've found that my bulbs arrive when they're supposed to, and well-packaged. I can't comment about customer service issues because I've never had anything other than select-checkout-pay-accept delivery. That's good enough for me!”

“Good quality products, competitive prices and very good service. One of the bulbs I purchased from them was faulty, I sent a quick email and a replacement arrived next day, no messing around, they didn't even ask me to send back the faulty one. We are delighted with the Crompton LED bulbs we got from them.”
