“Excellent service and responsiveness, polite and helpful and of course, always there which makes a refreshing change. The only minor niggle was the first pendant didn't trigger the device from the garden, a new one sent and slightly better range”

“Order came fast and on time, forms were easy to fill in to set up the service. The only thing I would change is the welcome and test which should be able to go through things I needed to know, I would recommend lifeline 24”

“Still working on setup,hope to be there soon. Got key safe for later. Fall down apparently included in appliance provided. Sorry card been compromised I have contacted bank. I now have to wait few days to get this sorted. Have contacted bank finalise to when I can.”

“Arrived quickly. Simple to set up went live with no problems. Happy to run all necessary tests. Bit disappointed on testing the falls watch,it didn’t appear to dial automatically if I moved with in 20 seconds, operator said it only dials if person stays still . So not sure how it’s going to pan out. As not being used yet by person.”

“Arrived very promptly and was easy to set up and test. Adding our emergency contact details took two phone calls and 48 hours, not the one hour quoted on the documentation which was a bit disappointing. Notwithstanding that, we're pleased with the service, now that all is set up and running. Staff were very friendly and professional .”

“having placed an order, it arrived promptly the following day. Having connected it up, and doing the test runs a few times on different phones etc, the person who answered the phone was clear and polite and knew all the information that we had provided, address etc”

“Very pleased to have a lifeline support. Peace of mind reigns, thankfully. What I would say is that one must assume that lifeline targets mostly the elderly, although it's accepted that some younger customers must need this support. However the setup was not straightforward for the likes of me and I was disappointed to think that had I not had the support of my daughter and her partner I would have struggled to install this product satisfactorily. That's why I haven't given 5stars.”

“Took a little while to set up properly but all fine eventually. I had ordered a necklace alarm but was sent a watch one. We haven't bothered to change it we'll see how mum gets on with it. Otherwise all good.”
