The second machine stopped working after a week or so. The third machine arrived and once again we had to wait 30 minutes or so to be connected to their technical department as the machine had not been paired with my Dad's bracelet. During the next 11 months we had to contact them multiple times because we found when testing the device it was not connecting and each time this happened meant another 30 minute wait for someone to answer the phone in the call centre. The final straw came when we were sent the renewal subscription which had nearly doubled to £399.00 so we cancelled the subscription. As per the title if you are looking for peace of mind for a loved one, avoid this company at all costs!”
“On FRIDAY 2ND JANUARY 2026 we had to attend my grandads house as we hadn't been able to get hold of him, I myself was first on scene when I arrived my grandad was on the floor barely alive unable to communicate and not moving!!
Surprise surprise his NEW smart watch hadn't activated any alarm!
I called the company on FRIDAY to inform them of this and was told to call tomorrow, I called SATURDAY again reliving the whole incident and was told the tech team will call you on MONDAY when I questioned why the watch didn't work I was sent a completely different watch which I had declined due to my grandad PAYING for the other one, my request was ignored and the new watch was sent out!! On MONDAY NO phone call from the tech team or customer services so I called in and was told someone will call you tomorrow TUESDAY came and you guessed it NOBODY CALLED.
THIS FARCE has carried on I have made DAILY phone calls since the 2nd of JANUARY asking for this to be escalated as it is extremely serious I have also asked for CEO email address and this has been denied its nearly 2 WEEKS without ANY FORM of communication from your company is this really how you treat your customers?”
