This replacement alarm has been troublesome the instructions to set it up was confusing only by phoning customer service i was informed that the instructions given were all wrong and not complicated like the instructions given . The next problems were the alarm going off by itself yes I did get through to someone to give help but the alarm was going off automatically it took three people to stop the alarm as it was just going off into a loop .I hope that it's now sorted as I worry if won't work when I need it .

Very good service but had to contact support as pairing instructions for the necklace fob was not in the set up box.

I cannot fault the equipment and the response from staff on setting up the unit . This was super efficient, very friendly and super helpful . However, when calling the company a day earlier to enquire why we had not received our order the man who dealt with the call was extremely rude and dismissive, even ending the call without saying goodbye. Not a great advert for your company!

Seems fine but not used for its purpose so cannot comment. Sent for postal form as google auto complete interrupts trying to fill the form in and was a nightmare switched of auto complete but switched itself on again so gave up. My wife and I got to fall dongles in our package but once again the paper form does not leave room for two users I phone in the end and gave our details and shall just fill any odd details not completed by phone, also there seems no means of the operator knowing which of us has alerted the respective dongle my concern is if I fall in the garden and my wife who is housebound could think she had set it off in error and say all was well and I could be in trouble out side. As I say cannot really comment until it’s needed every one I have spoken to is very helpful and seem knowledgeable of the product.

Received the unit in good time. Easy to set up and despite a problem pairing the pendant, communication was good and we got that sorted.

This has overlapped with my phone-call -Replacement machine works well but I need to stop this service when current contract expires at end of September as user now got dementia and had full time carer. Alarm is generally good but fall detectors don't work if client falls close to ground and pendant is hanging inside pyjamas.

Ordered for my 85yr old mother who lives on her own, but has poor mobility. After a friend recommended the service. Device came next day on the Sunday, but had trouble with the watch which never synced so was sent another 1 which works fine now.

My dad who bought the fall detector alarm system is a little disappointed that there is no mic in the wristband. It is almost impossible for him to be heard anywhere in the house other than a few feet from the base station.

Price turns out to be very different from website prices. Royal Mail used for delivery, which resulted in last-minute delivery at 7.30pm,requiring elderly person being forced out of bed to answer the door just so Royal Mail could tick a box that they had delivered within 24hrs. Very poor, considering delivering a lifeline for someone who had recently fallen.

Quick response from explaining what is going on and what we needed. Pushy salesman to upgrade package £45 set up fee as man would be able to fit next day -NO - package came in post following day and we had to set up and test ourselves Not happy with that Plug in set up and testing for correct setup lifeline responded within 30 seconds checking we had set up correct to use
