Transferred from Lifeline 24 to GPS. Disappointed with pendant which seems to be over sensitive and rather heavy

Upon receipt of the charging unit I established that it was faulty. I spoke to one of your colleagues.He was very helpful and arranged for a replacement to be delivered the next day.

Seems a good price, only tested it so far so can't comment of service yet. First unit supplied had a faulty power supply, but replacement sent quickly.

I was sent the wrong alarm [ wrist watch instead of pendant] . A quick phone call on Saturday and the matter was quickly resolved and my correct alarm arrived on Monday morning . very speedy service

Charging was easy and the Response was clear and helpful.Having a choice in how to wear the pendant suits individual choice. Being able to contact the Response team without using a base unit is a great convenience. I have always found Customer Services most helpful.

Good service and good product. Location finder doesn't work in some places I've tried it and I find the device a bit big hanging round my neck.

The setup guide didn’t match the product. Ie it said to press the big red button that isn’t on the wrist band. However customer service on the phone was prompt, and explained all the step we needed to go through to test the alarm.

Very friendly and extremely helpful polite service Well done to you all and thank you so much, I now feel my dad is in safe hands should he need help in an emergency and we are not around, what a wait off our shoulders. Thank you all

I am very pleased with the Lifeline 24. I have extremely sensitive itchy skin and was a bit concerned that it would aggravate this but in fact it is very comfortable on my wrist and very lightweight so that I am quickly getting used to it and after only a week hardly notice that it is there.

We ordered this lifeline as it has features that the one we had from the council did not, For example GPS and falls detection. It gives us peace of mind although we have not had to use it yet.
