Quick efficient service but we ordered on a Wednesday and asked for the delivery to be on the Friday. It was delivered on the Thursday when we were out and a neighbour had to take it in! Nevertheless all went well and installed in a satisfactory way. I thought there would be a wireless connection to our router. The size of the table on which the router is sited is small and not able to be moved or changed to a better position so impossible to fulfil the recommended one metre apart. Perhaps this should be clarified in the sales pitch?

Wuick and accurate. Device does what it promises. Response team quick and polite at set up stage. Wrist bracelet button device is a bit chunky

I am pleased with the service I received following receipt of the alarm. Unfortunatey I received a watch, when I thought I ordered a pendant. Unfortunately I cannot wear watches as the irritate my skin. Is it possible to have it replaced please.

All seems well except the distance quoted up to 100m. My mother’s greenhouse is less than 100m from her house yet there is no coverage there. Minimal mobile reception steered us away from GPS and we need a fall decector.

The service over the phone is fantastic but the online and in-box instructions are over simplified and lack important details like how to pair a pendant to the base station and how to setup the WiFi backup connection. Had to call the helpline to complete the setup.

After confusion caused with being quoted so many prices for the same programme, I was was eventually dealt with by Harry who was extremely helpful, patient and friendly and I have accepted the price he gave and I am now installed and registered with you for the next year. I also found the team very helpful with my test calls

Service seems fine, base unit works OK, the only issue is that when testing there seemed to be some distortion on the line when speaking to the telephone operatives, and my mum (who wears hearing aids) could hear the volume fine but couldn't pick out their words very well. It's not the base unit speaker, because she found the automated part of the call response to be much clearer.

Good: response time is quick both by Customer Services and when the alatm is activated, which has happeneed occasionally by mistake ot for testing. Bad: theyl have a policy of charging the renewal over a month in advance of the start of the period. This prevents me from paying by direct debit, as I know no other service which takes money so much in advance.

Very helpful in nearly all respects. Only minor issue was that did not get a dispatch email or tracking number for Royal Mail so took a few phone calls to resolve that and receive the product. Settling up was easy and everything else was very good.
