“It did say on the website, order within the next few hours for next day delivery, but although the order went through in time it didn't arrive next day but the day after. Apart from that, easy set up, very friendly team, tested & answered within seconds. Very please”

“Surprisingly, it seems to work! I didn’t think it would as it depends on GPS and mobile connection is extremely poor where we live. However it works and that is all you can ask for!”

“Feeling better about the product after changing to the pendant as found the wrist one a bit bulky. Being still quite an active person ie gardening etc I found I was setting it off unnecessarily.”

“Excellent service all along, except for today when I contacted customer service on behalf of my parents and couldn't hear the member of staff because there was so much background noise from other call handlers in the background. I am slightly hard of hearing and struggled, my parents are very hard of hearing and would not have been able to engage in the conversation.”

“I got system at the start of 2022. Satisfied with setup until recently the battery in the unit was registering as low. I have only used the service to check in & I was concerned. When I reported this I received a new unit etc next day & all seems well. Thank you.”

“I am wearing the wrist type lifeline Alarm It fits well , we have tested it & seems good so far . Fortunately not had to use it as yet . Didn’t find it that easy to set up though , adviser helped us .”
