“All the way through the set up your folk were on immediate relpy as to how to deal with a few local quirks. Unfortunately I did drop our handset which set of a very prompt check on our welfare--- luckily ok but very impressive service.”

“So far I am pleased with it. My mother is still in hospital, so we are not using it yet. But have done a test and we are pleased. I could have got the same deal for £50 cheaper on line for the same deal. But I was given a £15 M&S voucher, so not too bad really.”

“Purchased one of these after being recommended spoke with James at Lifeline who answered all my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. Unit arrived the following day plugged in and set up in around 20 minutes total that included initial set up call then 2 test calls I must admit even though we knew they were test calls the time it took the contact team to respond was excellent. Obviously this is for peace of mind for us when none of us are with our mother hopefully she won't need to use it but we know she's got 24/7 help if required”

“I am pleased with the service I received following receipt of the alarm. Unfortunatey I received a watch, when I thought I ordered a pendant. Unfortunately I cannot wear watches as the irritate my skin. Is it possible to have it replaced please.”

“We still do not have a working alarm. Several calls to customer services and finally a call back technical team, have failed to deliver the service promised. We have been left disappointed and in despair.”

“Looked for a Lifeline and the one from Lifeconnect matched everything I needed for a good price. Ordered the product which arrived the next day. This was fitted very easily and the call tests performed. Initially the pendant wouldn't connect to the base unit but when I spoke with the team using the base station they advised me to call customer services which I did and they quickly resolved the problem (the pendant just needed re pairing with the base station). All calls were answered quickly and courteously.”

“Great whilst it lasts, but cancelling needs verbal confirmation and you have to give that to a specific team - so the person who answers and ask why can't take that as verbal confirmation as it is not in line with protocol! Just not the hassle that someone caring for an elderly relative and dealing with their own life needs.”
