Was recommended to this type of personal alarm system by a friend of my wife who works for the NHS adter my mum had a recent fall, and after speaking with James at Lifeline who was very helpful decided this was what she needed.
The set up was very easy and the 3 test calls were answered within 30 seconds which gave us peace of mind.
Hopefully she won't need to use it buy we know there's someone there if she does
