“Equipment clearly not fit for purpose. Falls detector didn’t go off after a fall but is giving false alarms several times a week, all hours of day and night including when wearer is sleeping in a chair not moving.
Abrasive and unhelpful billing staff.”

The alarm is a recent replacement for a faulty old style one. I DO NOT LIKE the much bigger, bulky alarms as they are much easier to accidently activate. In 1 week I have done this twice!!!!
Bring backk the old type please! they were still very easy to activate.”
