I brought this for peace of mind concerning my father, so pleased that if anything happens or he feels unwell when I'm not there that he has support. Best thing I've brought for a long time.

Took a long time to come after promises. Service initially was poor. Made a formal complaint and after 10 days of waiting, I received a response and the lady was accommodating and put things right.

I arranged to order the life connect by phone and was impressed the excellent service and despite the order request was undertaken just before Christmas and during the postal strike it arrived very quickly.

The alarm was quite easy to install and worked on the first test. Although I haven't had to use it for real yet I am quite confident it will be a source of comfort to me.

Be careful! Cancelled their service as it was no longer required, I informed them via email and phone in good time, they still took the yearly subscription charge without my permission or consent, completely unacceptable and now they will claim it takes 2wks to refund. Second time posting this review as they had it removed!!

My motherโ€™s machine was malfunctioning, but as soon as I reported it, a new unit was despatched the same day, and arrived the following day. First class customer service ๐Ÿ‘

Excellent service. The Lifeline unit is very simple to install, just plug into the mains, no need to connect to the internet. Not confusing .

Do not use this service, when you cancel they continue to take you money, even after you make it abundantly clear you are cancelling even with 2 months notice, scumbags

As I live in an area that has very bad reception, it took the 4th attempt to find a box that worked. Life Connect24 persevered to try and get me something that worked. Everyone I spoke to were very efficient, polite and patient. As I have only had the correct box for about a week, I can't comment on the workings of it all yet.

Superb service when buying into this system. I found that because my phone line master socket was out of reach behind a very large and heavy Welsh dresser unit, so I was unable to connect the box to it. I called back and explained the problem mid-afternoon yesterday and a replacement device operating using a phone SIM card arrived mid-morning today. You couldn't beat that for service! Took about 10 minutes to read the manual and set it up. Tested both alarm buttons and they worked fine, getting a response in about 15 or so seconds each time. I'm a reasonably fit and active 82 year old, alone, being a widower and my family are pleased that I have got this system in place, just in case.

Excellent service quick delivery of the Lifeline and setup was very easy i work in the industry for the NHS and connect into the lifeline's all the time and the call centre are very quick to answer when you trigger the lifeline some suppliers take quite a while to dial through and answer the call 5 ๐ŸŒŸ
