“Really happy with the ceiling rose I purchased. There was an item missing from my order however after contacting Leyland they quickly resolved the problem.”

“Delivered well in time. Product as expected. The website is a bit messy and difficult to work with on mobile and could do with getting an instant email acknowledgement. Did wonder if they got the order but it was delivered in very good time. Above for feedback purposes and happy with everything else.”

“Ordered the R12 ceiling rose on 26May23 and received item on 31May23 (good). Unfortunately there was no notification of dispatch by seller or courier, DX Secure. This product is manufactured by Noel & Marquet of Belgium and is of decent quality. Packaging was poor however, with the ceiling rose barely protected by a thin 'bubble' sheet inside a cardboard box. Fortunately the product is quite resilient as there was only minor damage to one edge, which should be easy to conceal with caulk on installation. Might be better if LDM dispatch the moulding(s) and adhesive in separate packages to help avoid damage with the box? Delivery charge seems very high at £27, but this charge is declared 'upfront' - maybe LDM should switch to a different courier?”

“Speedy delivery, Very high quality. Flat mounting surface and lightweight for ease of handling plus bonding to ceiling. It had been our intension to paint the ceiling rose to suit the chandelier design although in its plain white it was still attractive. Totally satisfied with the end result.”

“Very happy with the service overall. I feel the website should have separate boxes for sample request v actual product as it was not clear and I had to cancel one order and re-order. The person I spoke to was very helpful and resolved the issue. I have not installed the coving yet but it looks great. Thank you”
