Ordered the R12 ceiling rose on 26May23 and received item on 31May23 (good). Unfortunately there was no notification of dispatch by seller or courier, DX Secure. This product is manufactured by Noel & Marquet of Belgium and is of decent quality. Packaging was poor however, with the ceiling rose barely protected by a thin 'bubble' sheet inside a cardboard box. Fortunately the product is quite resilient as there was only minor damage to one edge, which should be easy to conceal with caulk on installation. Might be better if LDM dispatch the moulding(s) and adhesive in separate packages to help avoid damage with the box? Delivery charge seems very high at £27, but this charge is declared 'upfront' - maybe LDM should switch to a different courier?
