“The coving was fine but we didn't receive any notification of when it was being delivered and the courier put it over our 7ft drive gates, and didn't leave even a card. How it wasn't damaged is beyond me.”

Hi Sonia Please accept our apologies regarding the couriers putting the delivery over your gates. You are meant to sign for the delivery, so they should not have left it without getting a signature.

“I liked the sample but the delivery for the actual length was way too expensive. I found the exact same product with a different supplier with cheaper delivery so i ordered there.”

Hi Sara We don't make any money on the delivery costs, this is what the couriers are charging us.

Hi Christine Thank you for taking the time to give us a review Unfortunately the delivery costs are charged too us by the couriers , we get charged the same rate if we send out one ceiling rose or twenty ceiling roses. The couriers costs have risen dramatically this year. We dont make money on the delivery charge Many thanks Simon Director

Hi thank you for your order We dont make any money on the delivery, this is what we get charged off the couriers. Regarding the product being expensive we have had two quite a large price increases this year from our suppliers which we cannot absorb, so this has had to be passed on to the customer, unfortunately.
