Hi Ross Hope you are safe and well We can only apologize that your products arrived damaged, unfortunately this is out of our control. If we had been notified within 7 working days of you receiving your goods damaged a full refund would of been issued or your damaged goods replaced. Regarding you not receiving any delivery updates we sent an email to you on the 20th May with all your tracking details on. Kind regards Simon Challinor Director

Hi thanks for the great review

“Prompt delivery, even in Corona times. The plastic (PU) ceiling roses really do look as good as plaster (we're ordering again after making an initial order since we were concerned about how they would look).”

Hi Thanks for taking the time for giving us a great review

“I chose Leyland to buy a ceiling rose mostly due to their helpfulness on the phone. The rose was the exact same price as several other Company’s had advertised, and the shipping a bit more. However, upon receiving the rose, it was just wrong in the room. The company policy was a 2 day return. When we emailed, Mr Challinor replied with one of the rudest emails I have received EVER, stating the 2 day policy and saying we were over so no return would be possible. We pointed out it was business days from receipt and we were within the window. We received the second rudest email ever grudgingly accepting. We have a huge amount of further coving etc to order....But it will NOT be from these people. Too bad because the experience on the phone had been good.”
