The parcel was apparently delivered to my “safe place” (information that I had never given)… apparently the ‘safe place’ was “Enclosed Porch”… this turned out to be the underneath of a bush… LUCKILY the person receiving the package - a birthday gift - saw the item after an hour of me messaging her and rescued it. I won’t be using your company again unless you change the company that delivers your products to a competent one…
