About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“Ordered the Spa letterbox gift for my friend's birthday and she loved it. Delivery was very quick, delivered by Royal Mail on her actual birthday which was a nice surprise for her. I have used Letterbox on a couple of occasions and have not been disappointed, they have some beautiful gifts for all and I would thoroughly recommend.”

“I found letterbox gifts online. It was easy to use the web site: to negotiate the site to find what I wanted : the prices were reasonable as were the delivery charges: the form filling to was quick and efficient and overall the experience was painless and productive. “Found the process a little confusing. Found that the billing seemed to going to the recipient rather to myself. On the two occasions that I used the service I needed to follow up my online order with a telephone call to your office to confirm my correct order details. It should be made clearer, the recipient and the sender(purchaser)”

“The box of macaron was very nice, however I can't ignore the fact that it arrived one day before the expiry of the macarons.. it would have been embarrassing if it arrives expired. I'm aware it was the fault of the RoyalMail who wanted to deliver the box into the hand of the recipient but don't call it a letterbox gift if it's not delivered in the letterbox then.”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We will make a note of this and monitor the shipping to ensure it is not a frequent issue. We apologise that the Macarons were received with such a short 'best before' window and any inconvenience caused to both yourself or the recipient. We do highlight that our giftsets are letterbox friendly on the outer packaging but unfortunately the Royal Mail officers do use their own judgement and from time to time they aren't posted through as expected. “The order was processed promptly and it was delivered the next day as stated. It was a gift so I cannot judge on the products that were in the gift set however the person that received was very happy.”
